The Don as a brand, has a proud history of meeting the travel requirements of local and international business travelers and the extension of these services to include WiFi access will promise to keep them connected at all times.
Internet Solutions/AlwaysOn own and run the largest Hotspot network in the country with 13 international inbound interconnects including iPass, Boingo, BT Openzone, Trustive, Quiconnect, Vex and Tata Indicom. IS/AlwaysOn also have a local interconnect agreement with MWEB and naturally, all IS corporate users have access to the network as well. This allows guests to use their existing provider account when accessing the Don network.
Guests that do not have an account with an IS/AlwaysOn partner can choose to purchase a cash voucher from reception or select a package online and pay via credit card. These packages can be used at any of the IS/AlwaysOn locations countrywide, including the ACSA airports.
High speed WiFi coverage has been extended beyond just open areas to include all the rooms, ensuring convenient access at all times.
The friendly 24/7 helpdesk (0861 HOT SPOT) will assist with any technical issues in addition, the online help guide will assist with purchase and login issue.
The partnership promises to extend the proud Don tradition which will now include keeping their guests connected comfortably.
